Packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold) include tables, dealers, setup/pack-down, and coordination. All activities are risk-free fun.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18+ (ID verification may be required; violations lead to event cancellation without refund).
  • Services available Australia-wide; minimum 20 guests per event.
  • You warrant the venue is suitable and accessible.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Free consultations and quotes available; bookings require a 50% deposit (non-refundable after 7 days).
  • Balance due 7 days before the event via secure online methods.
  • Cancellations: Full refund if >30 days notice; 50% if 14-30 days; none within 14 days.
  • Book 4-6 weeks in advance for best availability.

4. Event Conduct

  • Follow our trained dealers’ guidance; disruptive behavior may result in removal.
  • You provide a safe environment and indemnify us against third-party claims (e.g., injuries unrelated to our equipment).
  • We may cancel for unforeseen issues (e.g., venue non-compliance) with pro-rated refunds.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties for indirect losses.
  • Our liability is limited to the booking fee paid.
  • Force majeure (e.g., weather, regulations) excuses delays or cancellations.
